What happens to your data when you communicate with us.
Once you fill out the form on our website, we receive your data and store them for the next 5 (five) years. During this time, we do not share them with any third parties, unless you have given us your explicit consent to do so. This is usually required when sending a contract or other document to a courier company.

How we store your data.
We only require from you the data that we need to compile a specific offer, as well as for the subsequent implementation of our contractual relationship. We store your names, address, telephone number, email and IP address in order to correctly perform the commitments we have undertaken to you. We do not share them with any third parties, except in cases where we need to provide information to the accountant or a courier, for which we have received your consent.
Once we complete the transaction and execute the concluded contract on our part, according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we keep all data from the legal relationship until the expiration of the 10-year period referred to in Article 12 of the Accounting Act (AA).

The information extracted in this way enters the server of the provider of the technical solution and is stored there. Every user has the right to information and access to their personal data, which are subject to processing. They have the right to correct or delete these data – the so-called "right to be forgotten", as well as to transfer data, restrict processing, withdraw consent and object. If they consider that their rights have been violated with the processing of data, they can turn for protection to the competent administrative body in our country – the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
