Personal Data Protection Statement

Everyone's personal data are inviolable and our task is to protect and defend it. That is why we process any information you provide to us carefully and in accordance with the current legislation – the General Regulation of the European Union (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Electronic Trade Act (ETA). In this statement you will read in detail everything that concerns your security

1. What happens to your data when you communicate with us.

Once you fill out the form on our website, we receive your data and store them for the next 5 (five) years. During this time, we do not share them with any third parties, unless you have given us your explicit consent to do so. This is usually required when sending a contract or other document to a courier company.

2. How we store your data.

We only require from you the data that we need to compile a specific offer, as well as for the subsequent implementation of our contractual relationship. We store your names, address, telephone number, email and IP address in order to correctly perform the commitments we have undertaken to you. We do not share them with any third parties, except in cases where we need to provide information to the accountant or a courier, for which we have received your consent.

Once we complete the transaction and execute the concluded contract on our part, according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we keep all data from the legal relationship until the expiration of the 10-year period referred to in Article 12 of the Accounting Act (AA).

3. What are cookies.

Cookies are small text files and are completely harmless. Our website uses them to make them work better and be easier to use. They are loaded in your browser and stored on your device. Those that remain on your device allow us to recognize your browser each time you visit our website.

 The use of cookies is regulated in Article 4a of the Electronic Trade Act (ETA) and Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (f) of the GDPR. Some cookies are stored on your device until you decide to delete them. You can always opt out of a website that wants to store them on your device after making the appropriate settings in your browser and asking to be informed in advance about such activity.

However, you should be aware that removing cookies from your browser may limit the functionality of the website when you use it.

4. How we analyze internet traffic.

We analyze the user internet traffic on our website using the web service Google Analytics. With the help of useful cookies we analyze how users interact with our website. The information extracted in this way enters the server of the provider of the technical solution and is stored there. You can disable this action by setting your browser to refuse the storing of cookies.

We, in turn, comply with the legal provisions and process the data for analysis of internet traffic in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (a) and/or (f) of the GDPR. In order to preserve the rights of each user, the data we process in the analysis of web traffic are completely anonymous by the provider of the technical solution.

5. What your rights are.

Every user has the right to information and access to their personal data, which are subject to processing. They have the right to correct or delete these data – the so-called "right to be forgotten", as well as to transfer data, restrict processing, withdraw consent and object. If they consider that their rights have been violated with the processing of data, they can turn for protection to the competent administrative body in our country – the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
